Visit & Events

A visit to MIAD’s campus is an opportunity to see what our students see. Neat, it is not. There is dust. There is grit. Paint has been spilled. People are at work here, and this is the place where your passion can find purpose.

Experiment. Explore. Discover. You are welcome here.

MIAD CAMPUS VISIT OPPORTUNITIES

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we’re excited to provide a variety of ways to see MIAD’s campus! While the traditional campus visit may take new forms, we are committed to providing safe and engaging opportunities for prospective students and their families to experience what  MIAD’s urban campus offers. In line with the city of Milwaukee Health Department and CDC guidelines, MIAD is offering limited on-campus visit opportunities, prioritizing students admitted for fall 2021. If you are not an admitted high school senior or transfer student for fall 2021, you’ll find virtual visit options as well.

  • VIRTUAL TOUR OF CAMPUS OR VIRTUAL MEETING
Underclass students and prospective applicants, as well as fall 2021 admitted applicants, may schedule a virtual tour with their respective admissions counselor. Virtual tours and meetings are the safest way to see MIAD’s offerings at this time. Please visit our Meet with Us! page to determine who your counselor is and use their calendly link to schedule a virtual, guided tour of MIAD’s campus. Fall 2021 admitted applicants and their families may also schedule the following virtual meetings via their admissions counselor’s calendly:

    • Virtual chat with MIAD’s Financial Aid Office

Our academic facility is currently set up to adhere to our campus reopening plan crafted in conjunction with the Milwaukee Health Department and CDC guidelines. Classrooms, labs and studios have layouts which promote social distancing and occupancy limits, and may not reflect the normal building layout. Classes are also taking place largely online. Campus tours will last 45 minutes or less and focus on highlights of MIAD’s academic facility. We are taking proactive steps to ensure the health and safety of the MIAD community amid COVID-19 concerns.
