Matt Zumbo was an illustrator for more than three decades, setting the bar for illustration on a national level. He graduated from Western Illinois University, eventually making his way to MIAD as an instructor for 10 years.

Matt was encouraged to pursue art by his mother Rose who had dreamed of becoming a fashion illustrator/designer. She was born in Italy and moved to the US when she was three years old. She was very supportive of Matt’s career.
