Illustration senior designs gender-neutral clothing brand
Jessica DeRamos ‘21 (Illustration) designed a gender-neutral clothing brand for the MIAD 2021 Senior Exhibition. Jessica’s brand inspires kids to treat the world and others with kindness, and the designs center around themes of science, the outdoors and cooking.
While at MIAD, Jessica completed two internships – one with a bathroom appliance company, Warmly Yours, and another with a large-scale design company, Divine Signs.
Jessica’s project, along with the projects of more than 160 MIAD seniors, are on view in the virtual MIAD 2021 Senior Exhibition. The exhibition is generously sponsored by BMO Harris Bank. View online at: seniorexhibition.miad.edu.

Double ASID award winner is inspired by nature and internships
Rising senior at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) Adam Wold ’27 received two awards in May from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). The Interior Architecture and Design (IAD) major won the Silver Award in the Commercial category and the Bronze Award in the Residential category.
