Video documents Black Lives Matter mural collaboration with MIAD and community partners
Over the summer, MIAD’s Knox Chair of Drawing/Associate Professor Brad Bernard ’93 and MIAD fine arts students Taylor Morant, Reagan Mulvey, Darienne Hood and Mario Hamilton created a Black Lives Matter mural at RSR Services in West Allis, Wisconsin, in collaboration with Milwaukee Lutheran High School and 414 Repaint.
This video documents the creation of the mural and was produced by Mario Hamilton and Brianna Cole. Hamilton attends MIAD pursuing a New Studio Practice: Fine Arts minor and is also a Communications Major at Marquette University. Cole is a Milwaukee Lutheran High School alum and Ball State University sophomore majoring in animation.
