I transferred to MIAD in 1989 as an illustration major from Arizona State University. After working a year in Racine, after graduation, I moved to Minneapolis and freelanced. After 8 years, my wife and I moved to Sacramento where I eventually became partner in one of the largest design firms in the Central Valley of California, serving dozens of ag industry and public sector clients.
