  • Rethinking the Ritual, an exhibition of work from the sophomore New Studio Practice course Singularity + Multiplicity, holds an Opening Reception from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the 4th Floor Raw Space.
  • Visiting furniture and sculpture artist Karl Burkheimer will give a talk from 11 a.m. – noon in Room 295.

Save the date for MIAD Creativity Series, Nov. 15

  • Emmy-winning, Oscar-nominated writer and director Rob Schrab ’92 (Illustration) presents the MIAD Creativity Series, Wednesday, November 15, 6 p.m. in the 4th Floor Raw Space. Generously sponsored by the Argosy Foundation.

MIAD Day at the Art Institute of Chicago, Nov. 11

  • Saturday, November 11 from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. is Fall MIAD Day at the Art Institute of Chicago.
  • Staff, faculty and students can enjoy free admission after checking in at the MIAD Table at the Modern Wing entrance.
  • A special docent-led tour will begin at 1 p.m. at the Grand Staircase.
