At The Pfister Hotel on Friday, July 24, Artist-in-Residence Todd Mrozinski ’97 (Painting) will share the latest work from his “Light from the Pfister” series, and collaborations from “Infinite Landscapes” in the Pfister Pop-Up Gallery.

A unique father/daughter show titled “Oil & Water” will open at the Sadler Gallery on Friday, July 24. It features the oil paintings of Liz Phillips ’82 (Painting) and the watercolors of her father, David Belling, a former Third Ward resident now living in Florida.
The show is featured in the current issue of Milwaukee Magazine “City Guide,” and there will be an interview with the artists on WUWM’s ” Lake Effect” with Bonnie North.

Mathew (boo) Hintz ’98 (Painting), a licensed Harley-Davidson artist, will be displaying his original paintings at The Iron Horse Hotel. The show opens Friday, July 24 and runs through through Bike Night, Thursday, July 30.

Trevor Eiler ’08 (Communication Design) and Anne Linginfelter ’09 (Communication Design) are art directors at Jigsaw, and they recently won a silver award in the Graphis Competition for “Alligator.”

Rick Brawner ’65 (Industrial Design) recently participated in the 2015 Cedarburg Plein Air Festival. 150 plein air painters signed up for the week long event producing over 500 plein air paintings.

Anne M. Warren ’85 (Communication Design) received her Doctor of Art Therapy degree from Mount Mary University in May 2015. She is opening a private practice art therapy studio in Cedarburg, WI, called Souleiado Art Therapy, offering individual and group art therapy as well as personal and professional growth workshops. The Souleiado Art Therapy practice will open in September.

Roadkill Rivals is a fast-paced, competitive card game set in the American Southwest. All of the artwork for this project is created by Brett Stenson ’09 (Communication Design) and 2 other co-designers at Jolby & Friends, a creative studio located in Portland, OR. They’ve made fun, award-winning work for clients like Google, Nike, Disney, and Target. And now they’re a part of the Roadkill Rivals team.
