STUDENTS WILL:

  • Develop familiarity with a college environment
  • Become comfortable with college-level expectations
  • Meet professionals and explore career opportunities
  • Work with Professors teaching in MIAD's Degree Program
  • Facilitate the essential transition from general student status to a successful college-level student of art and design.

"From the first day to the last, the confidence I have in my abilities as an artist has increased tenfold." - Lily (Summer 2010)

"The instructors pushed me to work out of my comfort zone and forced me to expand my skills and work on my weaknesses." - Lindsey (Summer 2010)

"I really loved all of the things I have learned, and I have learned a lot. I enjoyed the teachers and the projects presented to me. The teachers had a positive attitude and helped motivate me and challenge me to challenge myself." - Miranda (Summer 2010)
