Wisconsin DPI Scholarships (Deadline May 20) The State of Wisconsin's Department of Public Instruction (DPI) offers scholarships to qualified Wisconsin students through the Pre-College Program. Students must have a 2.0 GPA in their core classes and be eligible for a reduced lunch program. Applicants must submit a complete DPI scholarship application package that includes current transcript, DPI Application Form and the Pre-College Registration Form. DPI applicants are not required to submit a tuition deposit.
