InfoPass is an inter-library program that allows a patron to access materials held by a Library Council of Southeastern Wisconsin member library. Library Council member libraries can be found in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, Racine, and Kenosha counties. The InfoPass is issued when a patron has exhausted the resources available through TOPCAT, and has found resources at another library. The completed InfoPass will specify up to three items at one library; only those three items will be available to the borrower. The borrower must visit the lending library both to pick up and to return the borrowed materials.
