The CORE Explore Design! Program is for High School Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and Graduates working at a beginning/intermediate level.
PROGRAM DATES
Orientation
Saturday, June 14
10 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Residence Hall Check-In
2-4 p.m.: Required Orientation Program for Commuting and Residential Students
Residential Student Meeting: 7 p.m.
1 p.m.-3 p.m.: Required Orientation Program for commuting and residential students.
Instruction
June 16 - 27, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Reception & Exhibition
Saturday, June 28, 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
DEADLINES
Merit Scholarship Application: April 14
Acceptance of Scholarship Awards: May 16
Notification of Scholarship Awards: Early May by mail: Please no phone inquires
DPI Scholarship Deadline: May 19
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND FINAL PAYMENT IS
MAY 19, 2008. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY FOR CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO THAT DATE. AFTER DEADLINE, REGISTRATIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BE ACCEPTED BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN THE CLASSES.

Monday through Friday
7:45-8:45 am: Breakfast
9:00 am-Noon: IAD Studio
12:00-1:00pm: Lunch
1:00 -4:00pm: IAD Studio
4:30pm:*Residence Meeting
5:00-6:00pm: Dinner
6:00-9:00pm:**Open Studio/Open Figure Drawing/Fim Festival
11:00pm: Curfew
Midnight: Lights-out (1am: Lights-out on Friday)

11:30am-12:30pm: Brunch

*Attendance is required of residential students.
**Attendance is required of all residential students, but it optional for commuting students. Students on any night may choose from the three options. Space in the studio areas is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
