Thomas Gaudynski has been active since the 1970's in electronic and improvised electro-acoustic music, theatre, and music criticism. He has performed works with Fluxus founders Dick Higgins and Alison Knowles as well as performed with musicians Fred Lonberg-Holm, Michael Lytle, Malcolm Goldstein, Peter Kowald, Steve Nelson-Raney, and Hal Rammel among others. His book "Artifacts: Essays on Music + Art + Design," published in 2001, explores the relationship between visual art and contemporary music. He has appeared on 12 music CDs since 2002 including "Elementals" on Penumbra Music, "Feedback for the Nation" on Utech Records, and "KAY: A new listen to an old guitar" on Necessary Arts.
