Finding Florence
An Interdisciplinary Investigation of the Renaissance

Finding Florence was a four-week study abroad program in May and June of 2005. Set in Florence, Italy and taught by MIAD faculty Christine Beetow and Dale Shidler, this program allowed students to explore the philosophies of the Renaissance while translating their experiences into their own work. This exhibition will feature some of the written and visual work of these students and their experiences in Florence.
