They're back. Milwaukee's original one-night group art show first appeared in 1998 in the "Rust Spot" gallery, an exhibition space that opened—and closed—on Gallery Night, the popular quarterly art party that draws thousands to local art venues. Each Rust Spot reincarnation brought together a loose collaboration of young, innovative Milwaukee artists such as kathryn e. martin, Harvey Opgenorth, Nate Page, Gabe Lanza, Jeremy Wolf, Sarah Daleiden and others. Still conceptual, experimental and irreverent, the Rust Spot irregulars regroup for this show of new individual works and a few collaborative ones, including some from the Rust Spot's illustrious past.
