Fall 2017 New Student Information

Welcome to MIAD!

On behalf of the faculty and staff, we look forward to welcoming you to campus this fall. You have made a wise educational choice in this intense visual arts curriculum combined with a strong liberal studies program; the result is an education like nowhere else.

This page is exclusively for new students who have committed to attending MIAD by submitting a tuition deposit.

Check this page often throughout the summer.

You and MIAD (added August 17)

How is college different than high school? What will be the expectations of your faculty? How do I manage my time? The answers to theses questions and more can be found in the YOU AND MIAD brochure. Take a moment to read it before orientation; when you meet with your student mentors during orientation, you'll refer to this often.
